30-Day Refund Policy 

We are ​committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sooo Cozy for any reason, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement and return the product. Please contact us at help@sooocozy.com and we'll assist you. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 2-year guarantee, which means that you have 2 years to request a replacement or full refund if a product ordered from us turns out to be faulty.

 

Bulk Orders

Please note that our 30-day free return and refund policy is valid for private customers only. Large orders made by corporations, companies and organizations can generally not be returned or refunded. For more information, please contact us at help@sooocozy.com.
