30-Day Free Return Policy 

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Sooo Cozy for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns are free, and detailed return instructions will be provided after you contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We offer a 3-year warranty, which means you may request a replacement or full refund within three years if a product purchased from us is found to be faulty.

In such cases, the customer will be appropriately compensated, and Sooo Cozy will cover any applicable return shipping costs — you will not be required to pay for the return.

Bulk Orders

Please note that our 30-day free return policy and 3-year warranty apply only to individual retail customers. The specific terms for orders placed by companies, organizations, or for wholesale/bulk purposes will be agreed upon in a contract between the parties.
